Arc Development Company is a privately held Swiss firm that assists African enterprises with the development and financing of projects in Africa.  This assistance includes the structuring and sourcing of international financing,
securing partners for joint ventures, and securing suppliers of goods and services.

Arc also helps  small and mid-sized American and European companies find partners in Africa, open businesses there and obtain financing for such businesses.

Arc deals directly with the ministers responsible for the sectors in which it operates, including industry, petroleum, mines,
transportation, tourism and agriculture.  In the United States and Europe, Arc deals with the ambassadors of the countries where it does business. 
 
Arc offers the services of world class professionals in the fields of project development, finance, law and construction project management.  These individuals include American and Swiss bankers, lawyers and engineers who have worked for the world’s leading financial institutions, law firms and engineering/construction firms.

In order to provide local legal services to its clients, Arc has a correspondent law firm in every country where it does business.

Arc is committed to improving the wellbeing of the people of Africa.  In this connection, Arc donates a portion of the profit that it earns on every project in Africa to the people of the region where the project is located.  These donations are used to help local villages and towns finance water purification projects, education and increasing the yields of small farms.
